Chrome 28: riparate 17 vulnerabilità

Google ha eliminato 17 vulnerabilità nell’ultima versione di Chrome, e distribuito un totale di 35.000$ a chi avesse contribuito a scovare i bug e i problemi del browser. Un ricercatore è riuscito a guadagnare una somma inaspettatamente alta per una serie di vulnerabilità scoperte: si parla addirittura di 21.500$.

La versione 28 di Chrome include la riparazione di un errore critico, e di tre falle di sicurezza piuttosto importanti. La vulnerabilità critica è stata scovata da Collin Payne. Il più abile (e più fortunato) in questo programma di Google è stato Andrey Labunets, quello di cui vi parlavamo prima, che ha riportato una serie di vulnerabilità che gli hanno permesso di intascare oltre 20.000 dollari.
